Many of our orders are delivered FREE, direct from our suppliers, by courier or pallet service, usually on an overnight basis. Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday and may take up to three business days - and possibly longer for pallet deliveries. Some of our suppliers operate their own delivery vehicles and will occasionally deliver the goods themselves if you are close to their location. 

Delivery is free on orders of £200 (ex-VAT) / £240 (inc-VAT) or more to most mainland addresses in Great Britain apart from some postcodes in the highlands and islands of Scotland (IV, HS1-9, FK17-99, G83, KA27/28, KW, PA20-48, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-44 and ZE) where a surcharge is charged (contact us for a quote). 

We CANNOT currently send tractor tyres to Northern Ireland. If you arrange your own transport, these can be collected from our suppliers, or we can deliver to your shipping company's UK depot. As we have to pay card fees for payments made from customers outside our area of service, we reserve the right to deduct any fees from the refunds applied to these orders. 

Tubes and some small turf tyres can be dispatched to any address in Great Britain and Northern Ireland served by Royal Mail for our standard delivery charge of £10 (ex-VAT).

Delivery to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Island of Ireland and the rest of the world is sometimes possible by arrangement, and again a surcharge will be payable – quotes available on request.

Orders of less than £200 (ex-VAT) / £240 (inc-VAT) to non-remote GB addresses attract a delivery surcharge of £10 (ex-VAT) / £12 (inc-VAT) to most GB mainland addresses. This will be added automatically during the checkout process.

Goods ordered in error can be returned within 21 days for a refund or exchanged for alternative products, but will be subject to a collection charge to cover return carriage – unless the customer arranges the return of the goods themselves. The original delivery charge is not refundable. The collection charge depends on the weight of the goods, with costs as follows: 1-30kg, £51 (ex-VAT); 31-100kg, £61 (ex-VAT); 101-200kg, £96 (ex-VAT); 201-300kg, £139 (ex-VAT); 301-400kg, £176 (ex-VAT); and 401-500kg, £214 (ex-VAT).

There may be further carriage supplements to pay for returns from remote and offshore addresses - including Grampian and remote areas of Devon and Cornwall. Refunds will be processed within two business days of confirmation that the goods have been received by the original supplier, and have been confirmed to be in good, unused condition.
